Our Kids Classes plant the seeds to help students build a successful future.  We share our love of exercise through games, teach the value of listening and following directions, and most importantly, we provide a safe, fun environment the students can call home.

Beginner level classes designed to give students a grasp on the basics of Wushu. Students receive careful guidance and encouragement towards better flexibility, strength, and skill.

Advanced level classes are open to students who hold the rank of Orange Belt or higher. As students rise in rank, the intensity of the class rises accordingly. We work bare hand for the first hour of class and finish with weapons.

Our class is designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, ensuring a challenging yet enjoyable experience. Whether you're unleashing powerful combos on the mitts or engaging in invigorating exercises, our primary objective is to leave you with a sense of accomplishment and a smile on your face.
